pre-treatment, boiler, and cooling water operations.

TECHNICAL SERVICES
SUMMARY

To achieve optimum and economical water
treatment results we will provide you with the following:

Frequent plant visits. This includes weekly visits during initial
start-up. Thereafter, twice a month is standard. |

During plant visits - performance of chemical tests on the make-up
water, cooling, and closed systems. |
 |
Microbiological analyses performed on samples submitted once a
month, or as required. |
 |
Data recorded graphically to indicate trends. |
 |
Corrosion coupon analyses on key systems every 90 days. |
 |
Perform physical analyses relating to fouling determination during
EACH plant visit. |
 |
Submit service reports indicating all data and recommendations
following each visit. |
 |
Perform back-up laboratory analyses on liquid sand dry samples, as
required. |
 |
Calculate energy efficiency to determine any energy losses due to
changes in heat transfer or mechanical malfunctions. |

Train your operating engineers in the following areas:
Introduction to Water Treatment, Testing and Control Procedures, Safety Procedures for
Handling Chemicals, Factors Affecting Efficiency of the Chillers. |

Provide all persons involved in the water treatment program with
an Operation's Manual. |
